Salman Arain Salman is a Founding Partner and President at Q4 Solutions. By profession he is a Business Transformation facilitator who works with organizations internationally. He has more than 17 years experience helping organizations to develop practical solutions to achieve desired business results. Salman specializes in the areas of Business Transformation, Change Management, Organization Development, Business Process Improvement, Post Acquisition Integrations, KAIZEN Methodology, IT Effectiveness, Project Management and Business Applications Implementations. Salman has helped many organizations to achieve dramatic step-ups in performance while also developing stronger leadership and management processes. He is a frequent advisor to CEOs and other senior executives who want to take their organizations to the next level. Salman also has worked extensively with corporate staff specialists and internal consultants to help them improve the bottom-line impact of their professional contributions. His experiences are at the senior management level and include extensive work across Canada, the United States, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Pakistan. Salman's approach is always simple, pragmatic, yet innovative, and designed to the specific needs of the organization. He holds an MBA with specialization on Management Information Systems. Salman has certifications and affiliations from KAIZEN Institute, Information Systems Audit & Control Association (ISACA), Business Process Management Group (BPMG), Project Management Institute (PMI) and Certified Management Accountants (CMA) of Ontario. He has studied at York University and University of Toronto, Canada.
Mian Aziz Mian has been delivering quality information technology and security solutions for various high-profile clients. A career consultant, he has an established reputation of delivering insightful and measurable client benefits through his get-involved participation in their various initiatives. He maintains a current understanding of the IT and operational issues confronting businesses today and the skills with which to address them. Gerald McGroarty For over 20 years, Gerald McGroarty has been an exceptional leader, coach and business strategist in the Canadian sports and media industry. He uses his coaching and facilitation skills to help organizations hone their people management expertise. He creates a comfortable, collaborative and positive learning environment, which allows individuals and teams to reach their full potential.
Gerald helps customers achieve superior results. He takes a facilitative
approach, provides solid, astute recommendations, and sees them through to

• Organization design As the former Publisher of The Hockey News, he led one of
sport’s most respected magazines into the digital era and developed it into a
global brand. The award-winning magazine has subscribers in over 44 countries
and is still recognized as the authoritative voice in the world of hockey. Prior to transitioning into the publishing industry, he was National Program Director for CHUM Radio’s TEAM Sports Radio Network and was instrumental in the success of TEAM 990 Montreal, Team 1040 Vancouver and The FAN 960 in Calgary. Before joining CHUM, he was General Manager of Radio for The Score Television Network, one of Canada’s most innovative sports channels, and he began his career with Telemedia Network Radio and The Fan 590. During his 12-year tenure, he was a multiple international award-winning writer/producer and held a number of positions including Creative Director.
His legacy as a leader is in building teams and empowering a workforce to
excel and exceed. Two decades of experiences at the highest level of sports
and media has made the move to a leadership and branding consultant,
performance management trainer, executive coach and motivational speaker.
Gerald is a graduate of The University of Toronto’s Strategic Leadership
Program and is also a leadership instructor at the prestigious institution.
He is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Leadership
Coach at the Leadership Action Centre in Toronto.
Syed Farman Iqbal Syed Farman is an Engineering graduate with MBA, having
overall 15 years of diversified experience, dedicated 8 years exposure for
SAP implementation and support services globally. He has gone through variety
of challenges successfully. The spirit of achievement, leadership and
teamwork are manifested in all assignments - marked by string of awards
throughout. Syed has successfully implemented SAP solutions across various
industries in Asia, Middle and Far Eastas a Project Manager.
His excellent knowledge & project experience in the area
of FICO & supply Chain Management (logistic) modules help him in
providing industry best practices, functionalities & turnkey solutions
for achieving targets during tight schedule time lines in cost effective
manner.
